Terms and Conditions

 

Deposit 

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. 

 

Payment and Methods

We accept all card, bank transfer, cash and PayPal payments.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Rescheduling a confirmed booking requires 24 hours’ notice. 

Cancellations within 24 hours of a confirmed booking may result in a loss of the booking deposit.

 

If studio time is lost due to technical issues, the studio will make up for the lost time at the end of the session, or at an agreed later date.

 

Final Product Check

Final recordings, mixes and/or masters will be made available for approval before the final invoice is sent.

 

Ownership of Materials

All material that is produced during a studio booking remains the property of the studio until full payment is received. 

 

Upon receiving final payment, all rights to the material revert to the artist and recordings will be released.  

 

Studio Etiquette

The studio premises is strictly a smoke, alcohol and drug free environment.

 

Retention and Archiving of Completed Projects

The studio will retain the data of a project for a length of one year after the last studio booking.
